Supporting the Experts
My role isn’t to have all the answers. Rather, I work to shape the project so the right people can stay focused on what matters. That might mean clarifying scope, handling communication and documentation, or bringing in short-term help when the team is overloaded. Most of the time, I’m entering a system that’s already in motion, not starting from scratch. The goal is to reduce friction and make the work easier for everyone involved so the organization runs more effectively.

Working across industries and cultures has taught me to listen first, and then adapt. At the same time, real progress sometimes requires challenging the status quo with care and clarity.
